I did only 2.1 miles today, dont know felt like tired. Maybe cause this is my fourth day in a row exercising (not coming up with excuses)
Still eating healthy not sleeking.
One more thing I added to my diet is Almond milk its really tasty usually when am back home I make a Almond milk banana shake. It tastes delicious mmmm kinda my sweet snack for the day.
