Today was a pretty good day and I was happy with my choices. My sister and I usually go out to dinner on Wednesday nights, so we picked Applebee's because we figured it was a better alternative than our Irish Pub :-) They have some lower calorie options and I was overall happy with my choice. My only surprise when I plugged the meal into my food diary was the sodium level - holy smokes that one meal exceeded my entire daily goal for sodium! But I was still able to stay within my 1200 calorie limit so super happy (of course my weigh in this weekend will decide how truly super happy I am).
