back to my normal run 2.75 miles in 30 minutes
for those who are interested my food for today so far.
1 Cup of Almond Milk ( Just started it recently, I was missing a lot ) 3 Eggs with one turkey chopped inside and one tomato ( what a mix lol )
small piece of cheesecake ( my colleagues brought it in) LOL
mixed vegetables, Bulgur, chicken baked in the oven.
Soon, some vegetable to dip in hummus ( Broccoli, Celery, Green Pepper )
