i'm up a bit but i did eat more and alot later than usual. The good news is i am 6kg lighter than on my birthday last year. plus i had a great day so a few 100g gain is worth it and should go back down soon!!! I do have 1 more birthday dinner on tonight at my parents' but there will be healthy food and only a small piece of cake;-)
