slynn_lynn's Logboek, 01 feb 14

First day since I started the Healthy & Fit Challenge on January 3rd that I did NOT exercise. Don't know how it's going to affect me tomorrow, but I just relaxed for the day, ate a little differently, but still kept well within my daily calorie intake and water consumption.

Want to have dropped a solid 20 lbs by the 1st of March, more would be better, but I'm not going to get greedy--slow and steady wins the race. I see no obstacle to that end, so I'm good. Time to get off the computer and do some crocheting. Til next time...
