Yesterday was a great day for calories out. One hour of bike riding and 3.5 hours pickleball. However, I didn't do well on calorie intake. It wasn't horrible, but well over what I wanted for the day. I managed to string together two very good days prior to this and I'm only up .2 lbs., so not bad overall.
