This time of the month has me so frustrated. I mean I am doing everything I can but the scale is not reflecting it which has me upset for a minute. Seeds of doubt come in saying see I told you it wouldnt work. All that sacrificing is for nothing just eat what you want already and be happy not like you will lose weight anyways. The difference is now I know (after reading made to crave) that those are lies satan tells us to keep us in bondage. So I keep doing what I know is healthy. I feel stronger each day. Nights are bad because I get headaches then but it is getting easier to deal with.
Things I am proud of
1-I did not overeat.
2- I did not eat after dinner (630 or 7pm)
3-I am working out daily.
4-even though I may crave the sugar I dont give in. I make healthy choices.
