It's 5 am here in Scottsdale, AZ and still dark outside. I enjoy this time of day the most. It's a good time for quiet reflection.

I've just made a pot of coffee and relish my first cup of the day. But, I don't take the first cup. Every morning, I place the first cup on Mrs. Girth's nightstand. Sometimes it's the little things we do that make a big difference.

My husband makes me an espresso every morning while I am dressing for the day. I am so grateful for him. It has always been how ,as you say ."the little things" that are the most important aspects of our living. Thank you for your post. It really helped me today.

Awwww! Very sweet! ❣️My husband’s kindness is filling my car up with gas. I tend to let it go so low that the orange gas pump indicator lights up. He checks the tires once a month for me too. Married 25 years this May! He’s a keeper and sounds like Mrs. Girth found one too.
