It's been a challenge not eating after 7 PM. Well, I can eat fruits and drink water so it's not like I'm killing myself. The most challenging part is finishing dinner by 7 PM. I feel like I'm in a race to cook and eat dinner by then. I also have to find better things to do to prevent myself from eating afterward.
