debbra's Logboek, 31 jan 09

I lost that weight in one day! Amazing! One day of strict staying on plan, and look what happens! I have to keep going! But I'm certainly pleased!

2:10 p.m. I just finished 90 minutes on my treadmill. I went 5.45 miles at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline. And 40 minutes of it was 3.7 mph, level 7 incline.


Update: I took away my blue star because last night I ate. Nothing bad for me. Just a little too much of too many things. This morning I added it all up on my food chart, from my memory. (I hope I got everything.) Anyway, it was more than I thought. I the eating came from being WAY too hungry at dinnertime. I made my hubby drop me off at home before he went to the market because I was too hungry to even go to a restaurant. I just wanted to make a frozen meal and eat it as fast as I could. I was trying to be good on my diet, but the hunger backfired. And I overate. Oh, well. Today is another attempt. I've got to find a happy medium of dieting, exercise, and eating.

Thanks, guys, for the encouragement! I made a little mistake, though, on my journal entry that I have just fixed, though. I had put 5.6 and 5.7 mph. It was really 3.6 and 3.7 mph. The "holy cow" from evelyn had me check it because I've never thought it was really all that impressive. Yeap, I'm a little embarrassed to say that that was a mistake. But I'll take the compliment anyway! :)

way to go on the workout!!...what you might do is keep a notebook of how fast you went an for how long...and date it..then you can see your improvements as you go faster and go higher of an incline...
