Chickpeas, green pepper, red onion, carton Passata, cumin, salt,white pepper, oregano, garlic powder all in one pot, bubble till veg has broken down and serve with some jalapeños sprinkle of cheese and TBS of Greek yogurt, itās my go to quick lunch

Stir fry! fry the meat, add the veg, then the sauce, then the noodles. Salad is pretty obvious. One pan roast chicken and Mediterranean veg.
