Didn't get a chance to go grocery shopping so really didn't plan on dinner. Big mistake because I was so hungry but I didn't want to fall in a trap. I opt to eating 3 saltiness crackers with pb&j...lots of water! It worked...I was happy except those food commercials while watching TV drive me 🤪
