yesterday I probably ate the worst thing I have eaten in awhile, about 3/4 of a burger from my favorite burger place Andies (yep no fries), so was afraid to check the scale this morning....BUT, according to my scale I hit goal today, however, I will not record it or count it until I visit my nutritionist on the 19th..that is my 'official' scale.. so fingers crossed :)
