Ama Hogan's Logboek, 07 feb 21

Did an extended 48hrs fasting. Broke my fast with a fat bomb. It was 🤤 I started fasting again immediately.

Had cheese shell tacos with scrambled eggs, half avocado 🥑, bacon, jalapeños,hot sauce & coriander for garnishing.

So a fat bomb is basically a meal full of fat. For example my cheese shell, eggs, bacon, frying fat & avocado. It covered my fat intake for the day.. for me to get into Ketosis.
