tunalw's Logboek, 10 feb 14

I am excited and nervous about my challenge, exercise for 30 days. I want to take it slow and easy. I tend to push hard the first day and then can barely move the next.

I am very hungry. Lunch just didn't do it for me. I had two rice crispy treats with chocolate. Now, 40 minutes later, I wish I would have only eaten one.
