Life is full of things that we cannot control. Our health is one of them and when we don't have our health nothing else seems to matter. However, I have decided that one thing I can control is what I eat. I can control how much I weigh, I may not be able to control other things in my life, but my weight is one of them. Therefore, I am declaring my independence over food. I will provide nourishment for my body; however, I will not over indulge in any food groups. I asking that my friends take the same control and when that urge comes to hit the wrong choices declare your independence over those choices, as they say eat to live!!
