Am I the only one having a problem with the Exercise Calculator? The caloric count for standing is almost twice of what it should be. There is no way my activities are burning up 4000 calories in a day!
It's a lot of work to use the "other" and manually put in what I think are more likely the correct numbers...

i dont trust it either, nor do i trust the RDI calc....i think they are incorrect in their calculations

I just use the daily food log. Nothing else seems right.

they are not super inaccurate but they are if you but in standing housework desk work etc. Just put in actual exercise. what you are burning in a day is usually your resting and that already includes your daily activities. hope this helps
