Gabija's Logboek, 14 feb 14

My splurge in the restaurant last night has resulted in a weight increase +0,4 kgs. In general I had allowed food - veggies in a white wine sauce. And cappuccino for a dessert. I think it is the sauce that made my weight to increase, as I before the ordering I thought it will be light sauce or rather wine itself, but it turned out to be sticky, like full of starch.
Need to go to the gym today, stick to allowed first phase foods and hope to get this down until end of the week.
73,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 11,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
