Had lots of energy today. Probably the Slim Chai Tea... Can't seem to get my calories up to 1200. I'm trying but just not hungry. I am being honest with putting food in my diary too. That's what blows me away. I feel like I'm eating a lot.

I'm having this problem with the Atkins diet too. I normally can't get over 1000 calories a day. I'm full most of the time, or just not hungry, but it seems a little unhealthy. Its even harder when you can't eat that many carbs. Seems like everything is loaded with them.
