Today I ran 14 minutes, first time in a long, long time. I did it in 5 minutes intervals during my 45 minutes exercises on the treadmill. I really feel good. So far, I lost only 6 lb but I think that is the healthy way to do it, just 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. My goal is to reach 195 or less by summer or earlier.
