I am below on my carbs so far today. Menu planning for the Dtox plan has been difficult. I was at a funeral on Wednesday and there was nothing there I could eat that was on plan so I went off plan, I even had dessert! I am haveing about one BM/day even with the extra fibermend and all the dtox suppliments. I finished my health and fitness DayPlanner tonight at work. there is plenty of space for journaling. I will still journal here though
