Day 9 and back on track I hope! :-) I am really only counting this as day 7, but whose counting right. LOL! I have done good on eating and went shopping last night so I am stocked up again! I am suppose to weigh in right now, but I am going to wait until day 10 to do it so that I can hopefully lose some more weight! Going to the gym today and then tonight going to try to do the fit for at least 30 min, but would like to shoot for longer...we will see how that goes. Starting to feel a little better with things, it is just so frustrating to think that the first time I did this I stayed faithful for the full 90 days and this time I can't even do it for 10!!! EEERRR!!! Oh well I guess, what do you do, I am just going to concentrate on what I can and will do and make that count and what matters most!
