JessPuente's Logboek, 22 feb 14

Well....day three of going to the gym. Totally sore, but not as bad as I thought I would be. I feel soooooo great, I can't see the results but my scale is telling me other wise and I couldn't be happier! I have so much energy now, I can't believe how I use to eat....easily 30x as much food(fat, carbs and calories wise)as I am now. Just thinking about how unhealthy I was is appalling. I look at my body and am so disappointed in myself for letting myself go like I have, which motivates me every time I workout and see areas of my body that shouldn't bounce >.< I couldn't be any more proud of myself for finally doing something about my weight, hopefully within a year I can run into some old high school "Buddies" aka bully's and show off my sexy(hopefully by then) body and flaunt it! We'll see though....Who ever reads this or doesn't, good energy and good luck your way. May you all get to where you want to be, with hard work of course :-P

You're amazing. Will take some of the energy. Going downstairs to do my walking and exercising. Remember to give your body a day or two rest from exercising if you're doing strength training. Muscles need time to heal. Keep up the good work. It just gets better.

Well thanks you guys ^.^, the trainers told me the same thing at the gym lol But I told them I'm just doing cardio every other day and the rest are my hard workouts with one rest day. They seemed semi appeased by that...lol

I do a simple muscle work out. I only work on one area a day like all arms and abs on monday and the opposit on tuesday etc. I do a lot of cardio so I burn the carbs and calories. I do a torchurous hour on the treadmill with jogging, walking super fast with an extreme incline. I've not seen much weight reduction so far but my legs and hips from the incline have definately slimmed down.

Jess. It was really frustrating at times while I was losing weight. I ended up using the tape measure, the scale, and photographs. One would usually tell the tale while the others wouldn't. It helps keep you seeing progress. It doesn't matter if you're losing weight if you can see a difference or measure a difference.
