OK so lm not weighing till Monday but I should of been in Jamaica this week just gone. We are still taking the time off so l have not been to strict diet wise but at the same time trying not to go to far over the rails as will have to work super hard to shift again. Yesterday l did just under 9 miles on crosstrainer & today l did just under 11 miles so fingers crossed that will pull some damage back in. Wish me luck for Mondays weigh in 😂😂 as l may be 😭😭
