Woohoo!!! Finally saw another loss. I haven't "cheated" even once. I did have some Mike's Hard Lemonade's last weekend because I figured they would be better than beer...WRONG!!!...33g of carbs in each one and beer only has 5. Lesson definitely learned. I still have insane cravings every once in a while, but as of now, I have not given in. Every time I think about giving in to temptation, I somehow convince myself that I will never get back on, which is more than likely what would happen.
We are taking our first camping trip of the season, this weekend coming up and I am going to be prepared. I will start making my list today or tomorrow. I figure if I have everything I need, then I won't have any problems. The only thing that I will miss is S'mores and the potato and macaroni salads. I will have to figure out other "treats" to take.
Very stoked about the 6# loss though!!!
