JessPuente's Logboek, 24 feb 14

Tomorrow I'm gonna try daily intermittent fasting, I'll start with an 8 out eating window. I'm hoping I can do it in 6, but I'm not gonna push it.If I need those two hours I will take them no problem. If you're reading this and don't understand what I'm talking about: I'm going to eat all my food, my 1200 calorie food for the day within 8 hours. I'll do that and if my body can't do it I'll stop it immediately! I hope my body can handle it, cause it'll super boost my metabolism!!! Wish me luck <3
