lmgeis's Logboek, 25 feb 14

I am good on my carbs today so far. I will be attending the Pilates Dtox session today at 1000. Drinking more water today than I have during the weekend. It seems I am always drinking more water on the nights that I work. I need to work on that. I will do a Sauna session after the pilates session today and see if that will help with the dtoxing and weight loss.
