I thought I was not going to have a very good day today because I didn't have time to plan well last night, but I did have a good one after all and was able to keep my macro-nutients right in line. I had to use that Atkins bar I keep as reserve in my purse. The afternoon got crazy and I didn't plan for an afternoon snack. Glad I had that bar because the candy machine wasn't far away! I am most proud of keeping BOTH the cholesterol and sodium to goal levels.
Was able to get in a short walk today during lunch which was a nice get away from my hair-brained day that was going on. Resulted in 35 minutes of moderate activity for the day. Yes, as cold out as it was and with boots and winter coat I did a few laps around the complex! More snow for tomorrow 8-10 inches! Can't wait for spring, I miss my outdoor walks and bike rides!
