JessPuente's Logboek, 25 feb 14

I weigh myself everyday, and I know I shouldn't...but I can't help it! It says I've gained 3lbs :( Which I'm sure is water, and muscle gain...I keep telling myself that but it's not making me feel any better :( I'm kinda starting to lose faith in that it's working, because I haven't seen any results....I feel stronger and I feel more awake, but I still fit in the same clothes. This is so frustrating >.< Blah :(

Try lowering your calorie intake for one week and see if it helps you at all :)
