I have started running again this week. So far I have only been 2 times. The first day was cold and it was hard for me to breathe but I made it. Yesterday was a lot better. Looking forward to gaining endurance and lengthening my run times. I also plan to continue hiking and Xtreme fitness with Phil. Maybe throw in some yoga occasionally.
