See, that's the thing - it's not about being hungry. If you get to the point where you're HUNGRY? You've already lost. Eating a little something all day will ensure that your body is constantly receiving energy, thus making it more comfortable with burning energy (energy = calories) all throughout the day. So snacking a little bit each hour or two is a good idea. Really good idea.
