Yay weight loss!!! I haven't eaten today...or done my cardio for the day...so that number is totally gonna spike up by the end of the day. But yay for now!

Same exact thing with me today, down 1.6 and I have no desire for food yet today. I know I'm supposed to eat no matter what so I might have a few shrimp. Even if you spike up later when you do eat, I doubt it'll be much.

Ugggh! I wish I did not have a desire for food. I am always hungry even at 3 am LOL!!
