If I stick to my plan I will be under 100 grams of Carbs today:) I tweeked my health and fitness journal yesterday while waiting for Yoga Basics to start. I think I have a very good plan going forward. I will be purchasing an Active Metabolic Assessment (cardio point) periodically during the year and using my heart monitor to assess which zones I am working in for each work out. In addition I plan to schedule monthly massages and periodic facials. I also plan to purchase a fit bit and montitor my non-exercising activity level durine the day and my sleep patterns. I also set up monthly along with weekly goals. Next year my planner will be refined and have less written in as a work in progress. Hopefully as I reach my activity goals I will see a significant drop in weight and inches during the year.
