Hey guys. I haven't been in on in such a long time, but I've been logging in my calories and exercise elsewhere. Today something scary happened. After my workout (I hadn't eaten anything, just went straight to the treadmill), I stepped off the treadmill to stretch and suddenly blacked out, falling backward and smacking my head against the tile floor. It was only for a couple seconds, but I now have a big bump on my head. I'm pretty sure that was a faint. I'm all better now that I've showered and gotten some food in me, but it was so scary. Should I go to the doctor?
