I have reached my goal weight! I will wait for a few days and try to keep it steady before I celebrate too much because my weight fluctuates alot! It felt great to see the number on the scales though!!! I have been eating roughly 1600-1800 calories the last few days and will continue with that for the next week and see what my weight does. I did my measurements again so I have a record of my first time goal weight measurements:-)

Congratulations Ninaj! :) Don't worry because, even if it goes up, you will get it back down again. It's a constant balance even after you reach your objective. A way of life heheh. But I'm sure it gets easier over time and you'll get so adapted to it, it will become almost effortless! :)

lolol I'm laughing but it's somewhat of a serious problem since many people believe that information and then they wonder why their weight isn't going down and think they have a metabolism problem :P

I'm thinking(hoping) it might be around 1900 but sticking to between 1600 and 1800 like i've been doing to see what happens;-)
