JessPuente's Logboek, 02 mrt 14

Not to get into gory detail.....but let's just say I horribly broke my diet....and a Chinese buffet was involved :< I didn't pig out with 3+ plates,but I ate a plate of salmon, crab legs, shrimp and green beans...My next plate however had two crab rangoon's(sp) and breaded sweet chicken breast(7 pecies). My trainer is going to be soooooo disappointed in me, and is going to kick my butt tomorrow >.<

I went nuts a couple of weeks ago with Chinese food. Be forewarned the weight will balloon from the soy/salt. Expect a few lbs.
