lmgeis's Logboek, 03 mrt 14

I am above 100 grams of carbs again today:( Whenever Andrea makes me something to eat for dinner she adds rice/quinua/barley ect. which causes me to go over. Can't look a gift horse in the mouth though. I love my job so much tonight that I am getting a cold sore! I absolutely hate being Charge RN, I can refuse in future but I feel responsable and I do not do it that frequently. Hopefully report does not take too long and I can make my 0830 exercise class this morning, it is about a 45 minute drive from work in traffic. Today is the last day of taking my Dtox suppliments. I think I have lost inches since I last measured in January, I will have Andrea measure me on Tuesday before I go to work out in the morning. I was not as strict with my diet as I should have been during this past 2 weeks during the Dtox period. I am sure this will have an effect on the total pounds lost if any. This is the last week of the Pilates classes for the dtox program. I will miss them. I don't think I will be able to pay for even 1 class a week of group pilates, that would be $100/month. Getting healthy is so expensive but totally worth it.
