Weigh In Tomorrow.

What a day to have a weigh in after a day of eating out. Ugh! I hate eating out. "So why did you do it then?" I hear ya. We had an early wake up and had to get 5 kids to the church for basketball.

9am was the first game and then 12 was the second. In between we grabbed lunch. I ate sensibly. I had watermelon and cantaloupe a tiny bit of scrabbled eggs and 2 small pieces of sausage. I had water to drink and then we headed back to basketball.

After basketball it was our 2nd oldest daughter's day out with just me and her dad. They get an activity, we did ice skating, and then we go out to dinner. Well she picked about 5 different fast food places which I talked her out of and we settled on Denny's. There were no good choices so I settled on turkey breast with tomato and swiss cheese on toast. I also had soup. I ate not even half the soup and then ate the sandwich, picked off the bacon and then on the second half of the sandwich I took the one piece of bread and cheese off.

I was very proud of myself. I didnt eat after 5:30, which was dinner and I made good choices. Then I came home and even though I have not stopped all day (basketball, ice skating, dinner, church then visiting family)and was almost asleep I chose to exercise. I should have picked a less intense workout but I picked 30 day shred. I am hoping it all paid off and I can see a loss tomorrow morning.

I guess I have done all I can now I just have to rest and wake up and step on that scale and know that even if the numbers arent great I have some things that I am proud of:
1. I did not eat crap! No sugar (candy n junk)
2. I exercised everyday at least 30 mins.
3. I made healthy choices every day.
4. I did not give into temptation.
5. I have read my Bible everyday.

In the words of Bob from What About Bob, "I feel good. I feel great. I feel wonderful."
