Today was a fairly good day. I got some much needed sleep. It felt good. I ate on schedule and didnt snack between meals so I feel good about that.Im breaking myself out of the habit of eating while Im bored. But tomorrow makes day 14. I have never made it this far in a diet. And I plan tokeep it that way. I do need to make a doctors appt just to be on the safe side. Im still very tired all the time. Isnt this diet supposed to give me more energy? Well as for now im going to bed and tommorrow is a new day and a day closer to the new me.

You are not eating nearly enough food. No wonder you have no energy. It may seem counterproductive, especially w/ older mindsets from other 'diets' ... but this way of eating does NOT require you to go w/out eating between meals, or to eat LOW calories to make this work! (it's great that you may recognize you have had a problem grazing in the past...but you will learn foods that will help you throughout your day...to keep your metabolism's fire continually burning.) I would be amazed if your body didn't shut down into Starvation Mode pretty quick from the low, low calories of the past few days! Check out the free atkins.com website to start with. There is great info there on how to start, food lists, tutorials, what to do, what not to do... etc... Use this site to keep tracking your food, log your water intake, journal and join up w/ groups for support... that will all help you get off to a great start! Good Luck.
