I know it's important but this calorie tracking can start to seem OCD to others. I go to SAM's and sample about 10 products and I get home and my head spins. Stay away from SAMs on a weekend!
I finally picked a few of the items and kicked up the amount. Who knows if I'm corrected or not but it's about all I can do to cover it.
