I've been away for a few weeks....traveling to visit family (including getting everything in order and errands before), eating while out of town and off my normal schedule, the stress of family, and my mom being hospitalized.
I am one of those who stress goes right to my stomach and I can't eat and don't have an appetite. (Or if I do it goes right through me.) Somedays all I ate was a protein bar. Others day I had my fill of delicious foods I don't typically enjoy. I did make sure I was very hydrated the whole time which is something I usually struggle with when I travel.
I lost 3-4 pounds due to all of that and loved the way I was looking. I would have loved to have kept it off, but my body was having none of that. All I did when I got back in the beginning of the week and the family affairs were over, and my mom was out of ICU and stable-is eat, eat, eat.
S0....I am right where I left off-same weight as my last weigh in before my family trip. Back to counting calories, watching my macros, and playing the calories in/calories out game. I'll get to my goal weight even if it takes a decade. LOL
