I don't know. I'm stuck between 220 and 222, it's a roller coaster, up and down. Last weekend, I didn't follow my diet as well as I'm doing it. That's why, I gained a couple of pounds. I'm trying to get back on track, I have 25 more pounds to go.

I was like you, always stalling and trying to get back on track. This time around I'm doing alternate-day fasting which is working beyond my wildest expectations. You should try one day of fasting to see if it kicks you back into weight loss mode.

Thank you, I'll try it. As a matter of fact, I'm catholic and tomorrow we'll starts lent time, with Ash Wednesday, which is a fasting day. It'll be a great time to see if that kicks me back on track.
