not much appetite this morning for some reason. only finished about half of my breakfast, though i (being a good boy) finished all of my milk. waiting to see if i feel more like eating at lunch time.

went to the community theatre meeting last night and was immediately ambushed, many hugs and much shaking of hands. next thing i know i have been elected to a board position. oh, well, in for a penny, in for a pound...

One friendly suggestion: your calorie deficit is too low (if its true that your`s daily intake is around 950kcal)...With that kind of deficit, your metabolism will slow down after few weeks Also, I would like to recommend you to increase protein intake on daily basis... Keep it healthy :)

antotoo, i've been hitting around 1700 - 1800 calories a day with 70+ grams of protein. did well the last few days. did a little better at lunch, but just feeling kind of under the weather today.
