JessPuente's Logboek, 04 mrt 14

I've lost 2.2% BF since the 20th of last month, which means I've lost 16lbs of pure fat in 13 days. So happy and proud of myself I even cried, I worked so hard and I'm glad it's showing in the numbers. Sadly I don't notice a difference in my body, I can still fit the same clothes and can't fit into smaller clothes.....I'm tempted to bump up how much I workout, maybe do P90X when I'm home on top of going to the gym everyday?.....
