mgrill's Logboek, 04 mrt 14

Into my 4th week with a personal trainer, and I'm so glad that I made this move. It's been almost 10 years since I was a fitness trainer...and every time I would get myself to the gym lately, I would get frustrated at my thoughts of "Why can't I do what I used to do?" Well, ten years and 2 kids later have certainly changed my abilities. So, it is great to get with someone who sees me as a fresh slate...no expectations...but he sure knows that I like to be challenged. It's been a great mental shift. I'm lovin' it! I'm already seeing changes in how I handle box jumps, and it how I recover from a heavy day. I look forward to the remainder of my 12 weeks with him!
