Winters been too long. You ever get one of those days where you can't focus? I need to get things done but I couldn't care less! I have to watch myself closely today...I could easily slip into the potato chip trap.

So far so good. My short term plan is to put my mind in a better place and move past this crap mood. Come on Summer! Move your ass!

Looking at your profile and weight goal, its looks a lot like mine. My main goal is to reach that 200 lb mark or less, which means a lot for me. My second goal is to reduce my middle body, it was over 40 inches, right now is 38, but I wish to reach 36 by May. Couple of things, I live in PR (no winter here) but our meals are carbs rich which means I have to look very closely how many carbs I take. I do my exercises every day (except on weekends) at my local gym, I'm focused on my cardio, jogging, bike, steps and some weights. Just as you want, I want to loose all my fat and, maybe regain some weight in muscle. But first thing first, loose fat, then gain muscle.
