I had bought a "Boot Camp Workout" voucher from a new neighborhood place which was being sold as a fundraiser for a local school. 8 workout sessions over the course of 1 month. So today was the day I started. Except today was just to meet them and take a history of my physical habits and what I expected to get out of the course and yadda yadda, instead of starting a workout regimen. So I came home and put on the R&B classics station and did step aerobics on the bottom step to the upstairs in my kitchen! Not for very long - I have a knee replacement, but I got my heart rate up for about 15 minutes!
I made a good, nutritious dinner, didn't eat too many of the potatoes (garlic mashed) but made the mistake of drinking a bunch of water afterwards, and then I felt really bloated. But it's just water.
Tomorrow I have a mammogram. How many calories does stress/discomfort burn? :)
