Tougher this week. Spent the weekend at home and we all wanted to snack and watch TV. Good job there's no more Christmas chocolate in the house otherwise we would have fallen spectacularly off the wagon.
Still eating very well, but the portion sizes will need to come down if I'm going to shift this weight.
