This food very is very inaccurate. It doesnt get the food or the servings right. It is hard to keep track of net carbs. Ugh day 15 is almost over.

what are you trying to enter ??? for example w/ the omelette ? enter eggs...then select the kind... and then select 3 ...save. enter cream (if you use that to whip w/ the eggs)...then enter 1 tbsp...if that's what you used. then enter cheddar cheese...select 1 oz...if that's what you added to the omelette...etc... does that make any more sense?

i found it very easy and accurate. i even compared the info on fatsecret to the labels on the items i enter. don't get frusrated... you're doing good. just keep pushing forward and all will get very familiar to you. pretty soon you will automatically know the carb content of your common foods by heart! :)

You said it is difficult to track your net carbs, you just need to go to the top of the page and edit preferences and select net carbs. Not seeing the foundational veggies on your food journal. It would help if you enter everything for food and exercise and select that it is everything for the day. You might want to go on line to www.atkins.com and read up on what is required to truly be on induction. I started out on atkins but am not doing it currently. It is a good program and alot of folks here have lost alot of weight on it. I could just not commit to it for life because I love my whole grains and fruit. You may want to reassess your plan, no worries...keep forging ahead, read lots of journals here. You will learn alot that will help you as you go along.
