missed lunch i hate it becuse im missing meals then my nurse tells me that i have to eat 2000 calories a day and not so skip meals but not always hungry and dont think about lunch till it hits dinner time what am i going to do

one of the things that helps me, especially as a diabetic, is to follow a fairly rigid schedule of when to eat. i try to have all of my meals within a half hour of the same time every day and to have something at least every 4 hours (because of my liver problems, if my sugars start to drop they drop fast). set times for meals and try sticking to it by schedule rather than hunger, eating a small meal can help you from getting so hungry you eat a larger one anyway.
